Birgham Ride-Out

Wednesday 3rd August

The Coldstreamer left Coldstream with 35 horses and headed towards the Hirsel house stopping for a refreshment from Brian and Joan Jack from the North Yorkshire Caravan Club along the way, after a short little ride to Birgham we arrived at the Cairn at 5.45pm for a wreath laying ceremony after which the Coldstream Guards and 2 Coldstream Pipe Band pipers lead the Coldstreamer along Birgham village to the field opposite the Fisherman's Arms.

All rideouts were very well supported, I would like to thank all the landowners that allowed us to cross their land this year it's very much appreciated they all work extremely hard to provide us with fields and margins some can be very last minute and I can't thank you enough.
