Wednesday 9th August
53 rides and their mounts headed along Coldstream High Street on what was a fantastic turnout for our Birgham rideout and our very first children's ride with lots of happy little people on ponies.
We had a best turned out horse and rider for the little ones which was judged by Mrs Sylvia Lees. The winner was Ruby Ford 2nd Hope Young and 3rd was Adam Richardson.
There was also a best turned out at the Hirsel House for the bigger rideout that was won by Jake Dickson (much to his mum's delight!).
We had a lovely stroll to Birgham and this year on the return journey we paraded back into the town from Parkside onto Guards Road and then along the high street. It was fantastic to see so many children participate this year and we hope you will all return next year.
